Con el presente auto se NIEGA la solicitud formulada por el Juez Primero Civil del Circuito Especializado en Restitución de Tierras de Quibdó, relacionada con la remisión de una copia del informe presentado por la Comisión que se integró para visitar el territorio del Consejo Comunitario de Pedeguita y Mancilla, para que obre como prueba dentro del proceso de medida cautelar y restitución derechos territoriales a favor de la comunidad previamente mencionada.

La negativa se da porque el documento requerido reviste un carácter reservado por cuanto hace parte de los trámites y deliberaciones que adelanta la Corporación para adoptar las medidas a que haya lugar en el marco del seguimiento a la Sentencia T-025/04.
